Dover, New Hampshire's GAR Monument
"Our Fallen Heroes"
Created by Solomon H Foye, a stone cutter and mayor of Dover, NH, for the Charles W Sawyer Post GAR. It was dedicated in September 1877, a memorial for those men from Dover who died while serving during the Civil War.
